Image Institute is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity and other clients are enjoying their me time with us.
We love meeting your children for their own appointments however when attending for your me time leave the little angels at home......its no fun watching mum have her foils done for 3 hours

Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 30% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.

Running Late?

Be Considerate

Image Institute is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
